Contracts
All client projects require a signed contract before
the project commences. Contracts clearly state all project
specifications, agreements and payment terms. Signed
contracts are binding, legal agreements between Freeman-Designs
and its clients and should be reviewed carefully and
treated as such.
Invoices
Invoices are mailed to clients upon the completion of
each project. Invoices may also be emailed in PDF form
to clients if that is the agreed upon manner of delivery.

Monthly
Retainers
Freeman-Designs offers monthly retainer contracts for
qualified clients. A retainer contract is ideal for
clients that have recurring design needs and require
fast turnaround even on last minute requests. Retainer
clients always receive priority service on their projects.
Retainer contract terms are written to meet each client's
specific needs and vary in monthly retainer amount and
duration of retainer contract. Click

Payment
Terms
Payment terms for all invoices are 'Due upon receipt'
unless stated otherwise on the invoice. 'Due upon receipt':
When an invoice is received by the client, payment for
the total amount due is to be mailed within 7 days of
receipt.
Project Terms (50% down -- 50% due upon completion
unless noted otherwise)
50% down payment is due before project is started --
50% balance due upon completion of the original project
scope outlined on the original signed contract. Any
and all work that is beyond the original project scope
will be invoiced separately. Should the client decide
to cancel the project after the project has been started,
they will forfeit the 50% down payment. If more than
50% of the project has been completed upon project cancellation,
then the client is responsible for any portion invoiced
beyond the 50% down payment.
